On January 27, 1972, through Public Deed No. 209 from the Fourth Notary Office of Medellín, Flota Bernal was officially established as a Limited Liability Company. Later, on April 13, 1981, the company transitioned from a limited partnership to a joint-stock company under the name FLOTA BERNAL S.A.
